Shipping destinations:
We ship Australia-wide and international on request. All prints are shipped direct from the laCreme print house on the Central Coast of NSW, Australia.
Shipping times:
Please note that all shipping times are a guideline only and any shipping delays via third party couriers are outside our control. We recommend you review your tracking regularly for updates.
Once ordered, you can expect to receive your prints within approximately 5 business days in NSW, QLD & VIC Coast, and 5-8 business days for Western Australia, NT, Tasmania & SA if 3rd party providers are running to schedule. If shipping to a remote location please allow for normal incremental extensions to delivery times in your area. During peak sale periods our standard turnaround time may be pushed out by an additional 2-4 business days to meet high demand.
laCreme is not responsible for shipping delays incurred by third party shipping and courier companies or customs.
Our Commitment to Quality:
As photographers and printers we take pride in our work, and want you to be completely satisfied with the finished product. We inspect every print by hand and if the highest quality is not met in-house, we will reprint to ensure our high standards are met and will notify you accordingly prior to shipping.
Returns Policy:
Please choose carefully, we don't offer refunds / returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong decisions or incorrect choice. All original photographs within our collections are the Intellectual property of the artist and have been artistically composed & processed under licence, if you have any queries about a particular print or image - please contact us before placing your order.
Once printing has commenced orders are unable to be cancelled, and refunds are not available. Please double check you have entered the correct details before placing your order and if there is an error, please follow up within 24 hours of placing your order via info@thelacreme.com with your details and we will work with you to correct. If an order is returned to laCreme due to an error in the customer entering incorrect mailing/address details, re-delivery fees are passed onto you, our customer for the reshipment to occur.
laCreme take special care in packaging of all prints in order to ensure a safe transit from us to you, however in the unfortunate circumstances where an item arrives damaged or faulty please notify us within 48hrs and once reviewed (we will require photos of packaging and product) and are satisfied damages have been incurred during the shipping process (and not by mishandling post delivery) - we will cover the cost of returning the damaged print and will replace at no additional cost.
