The Big Questions

Q: What is my photograph printed on?

A: We print all our images on premium satin 260 GSM photography paper, a gallery-level quality standard. If you have a specific request however, we can accomodate alternate materials upon request pending availability.

Q: Why limited edition only?

A: All images are exclusive to laCreme, captured & curated by our team of specialist photographers. We treat all our image collections as art, so want to ensure quality and longevity in our work, and ultimately provide a premium product to our clients - free of mass production. Each print has been signed & numbered by the photographer for authenticity.

Q: How are my prints handled?

A: Once they leave the printer, all prints are carefully rolled with a protective sheet to avoid scratching and sealed in a heavy-duty tube ready for shipping. We have partnered with an Australian Courier service to deliver and always supply a tracking number so you can keep track of delivery. We supply handling instructions with your prints as a guide on how to frame. If Central Coast based - we hand deliver.

Q: Why not framing services as well?

A: Framing is personal, and preferences range greatly depending on individual styles and budgets. As a result, we don’t offer framing as part of our service. We do however offer guidance on how to handle your prints, which is included in your delivery.

Important: We don’t recommend DIY framing as there is a risk of damaging your print if not handled / mounted professionally. If you need more guidance - email us for advice or framers in your area.

Q: A: How long until i receive my print?

All our prints are custom made to order and shipped by courier, so please allow 3-7 business days to receive your prints Australia-wide. If there are any delays due to third-party courier services, we will inform you in advance during check-out or via email.

Q: I live outside of Australia, can laCreme ship internationally?

Yes. For orders that require international shipping please contact us with your request below via the form, and we will supply a custom quote for shipping & insurance.

Q: What payment methods do we have?

We support all major Credit Cards - Mastercard and Visa, and PayPal. Please note that you do not need to hold a Paypal account to use the PayPal system. We provide tax invoices for all orders.
